It takes a lot of hands to put together a great event like the Rhode Island Catholic Women's Conference. We will need help during and after the Rhode Island Catholic Women's Conference! If you are coming to the conference let us know if you can lend a helping hand.

Greeters / Directing Participants
Pass out Missals at start of Mass
Receive caterers / Make sure coffee an' looks nice, stays clean
Vendor Assistant / Help find their table / Do they have what they need?

Lunch
Receive caterers / Make sure buffet looks nice, stays clean / Guests have what they need
Adorers while the Blessed Sacrament is exposed to be sure Jesus is never left alone. 

Afternoon
Clean-up
Remove centerpieces & decorations
Assist Vendors with packing up.
